I got my M.Sc. degree (2013) and my PhD (2017) in Informatics at PUC-Rio, Brazil, with an internship at ISTI/CNR, Pisa, Italy
I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at LabCores, PPGI/UFRJ, Brazil. Currently I am assistant professor at UFRRJ, Brazil.
My research strives to understand how technology can solve problems to shape a better future. In academic terms, my work lies mainly in the intersection between Data Science/ML and Social Computing. I also have interest in Semantic Web, Linked Data, Semantic Trajectories and Human-Computer Interaction.
